Tacit Armor is owned and operated by Devine Courtly International (HK) Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. This policy applies to physical orders once sales are enabled.

1. Dispatch time

For physical orders, we dispatch within 7 calendar days after payment is confirmed. This is the preparation time before the parcel leaves us, not a delivery guarantee. If an exceptional delay occurs, we will contact you. Test checkouts do not create a shipment.

2. Shipping destinations

We support shipping throughout Europe and the Americas. Contact support@tacitarmor.com for assistance with your delivery address. Physical checkout must confirm the destination and available carrier service before payment.

3. Delivery estimates and charges

Dispatch preparation and carrier transit time are separate. Available delivery services, estimates and charges will be shown before payment when physical shipping is enabled. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier and customs clearance.

4. Customs and delivery support

Import charges may apply according to the destination and will be explained before purchase where required. Contact support@tacitarmor.com if a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
