This website is operated by Devine Courtly International (HK) Limited under the brand name Tacit Armor (Hong Kong company registration number 61739161), at Flat C, 9/F, Winning House, No. 72–76, Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. These Terms govern this TACIT ARMOR website and purchases made through it.

1. The works

We offer independently designed, one-of-a-kind jewelry and artifacts. Each product page provides its concept and available specifications. Intentional texture, oxidation and disclosed natural inclusions are part of the work. Collected works remain visible in the Archive and are not available for purchase.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in the currency displayed on the product page and at Shopify checkout. Review the final total before paying. Any shipping charges and taxes collected by us must be disclosed before you place the order.

3. Order acceptance

For physical orders, acceptance occurs when we confirm that your order has been accepted. A payment receipt alone is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine inventory error, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction.

4. Delivery

Available destinations, delivery estimates and shipping charges will be provided before a physical order is placed. Contact us if a parcel is delayed or missing so we can investigate.

5. Returns and consumer rights

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return and report a problem. Your mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of the one-of-a-kind nature of a work.

6. Intellectual property

Site designs, branding, text and images belong to us or their respective rights holders. Buying a physical work does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.

7. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. If mandatory protections in your country of residence apply, this choice does not deprive you of those protections.
